I have developed training content and training manuals, both for trainees and trainers.
The training I develop is designed to be easy to follow with clear objectives, while encouraging the trainees to explore their own ideas. Each training course I have developed is different, depending on the material being covered, however there are some core things that are almost always included, such as:
an introduction, giving a high-level overview of the company and product
an objective with clear targets for learning
the instructions themselves - a key part of learning, these must be clear, concise and repeatable
a summary, reinforcing the concepts learned
